Review summary:
The Bathmate HydroRocket Douche is a great product that can be used to clean yourself before any type of anal play.
It’s very easy to use and it has some nice features that makes it stand out from competing products.
What I like about the Bathmate HydroRocket Douche:
I recommend the Bathmate HydroRocket if you’re after a high-quality anal douche.
If you’re interested in learning more about the Bathmate Douche and how it works then read on.
I’ve included a FAQ in the last part and you’re always welcome to ask questions about the product in the comments below.
The HydroRocket douche came in an unmarked box delivered by DHL and the shipping was only a couple of days. Shipping time entirely depends on where you live so there might be a big difference for you compared to me.
There are a few reasons why you would want to use a product like the Bathmate Rocket Douche:
The HydroRocket from Bathmate works by squirting water inside your butt hence cleaning it and rinsing out any dirt.
This is how you use it:
The bulb itself can contain 325 ml (around 11 fluid ounce) which is more than most similar products but not too much so it makes it hard to hold and use with one hand.
It’s fairly easy to control the pressure of the water when you use it and it makes it very comfortable to use and not like the once that you attach to your showerhead.
There is a valve in the nozzle that prevent water from going back in to the Bathmate douche. This does however make it harder to squeeze out all the water and I found that I had to refill it before it was completely empty.
The image above shows how it stay squeezed together even when you release the pressure on it with your hand.
It’s very important to clean it properly before storing it away, this is done by detaching the nozzle from the bulb and washing each part in warm water and with an anti-bacterial soap.
Bathmate also sells a special sex toy cleaner product which would be ideal to use but not necessary.
You can store it wherever you feel like it and the included storage bag is great for that. There is also a small suction-cup attached to one of the rocket “legs” which you can use to hang it in the shower.
A: You do not need to, but I would personally always use it or a similar product to avoid any nasty surprises during anal play.
A: No, never do that!
A: You can, but the problem with spit is that it washes away fairly quickly and you’ll need to reapply it often.
A: It entirely depends on how clean you wish to feel. A good rule is to continues until the exiting water is completely clear and then do 2 more refills.
A: I guess you could, but I would strongly advice against it. It would properly ruin the valve system and you would need a lot of lube for it to function.
Anal play can be really messy if you haven’t cleaned yourself before, but it can be quite a daunting task and it’s easy to find excuses to skip it.
It does however become a lot easier if you use an anal douche like the HydroRocket from Bathmate.
If you’re new to anal sex than I would suggest buying the Bathmate Anal Training Plugs together with the HydroRocket.
I highly recommend to use the Bathmate HydroRocket before any kind of anal play.
