The Nexus Revo 2 prostate massager is a unique product with features that I’ve never seen on other prostate sex toys.
The rotating head of it makes a lot of difference and you’re going to feel it a lot more than just a vibrating head.
Its remote control is a nice feature that I’m sure you’re going to like and one that I do prefer over normal button on the massager controls.
There are a few problems with the Nexus Revo2 and that has something to do with the build-quality which is not that great and leaves in none waterproof.
This is what you get:
I recommend the Nexus Revo 2 if you feel adventurous and want something new and exciting but also a little fragile.
Nexus has a long history of making prostate massagers and it’s one of the main players in that market.
I’m taking a good look at the Nexus Revo 2 which is a rotating massager and also the very first one of its kind that I’m going to test.
I can’t wait to see how the rotation mechanism performs compared to other more traditional prostate massagers.
Let’s first take a good look at it at get a feel for thew product.
The first thing that comes to my mind when opening the box is the massive base of the massager. It does feel a little clunky and I got to be honest, the material and build quality does not live up to the price tag.
I have a suspicion that they spend a ton of money on the research and development of the rotation feature and have cheaped out on the build quality to avoid a too high price.
The insertable part is quite thin so it should be good for beginners and intermediate users who has tried it before.
I however love what they have done with the charging which feel like a super good solution where you simply clip on the charger with magnets. You’ll avoid getting body-fluids and lube in the charging port, this is a problem with other prostate massager and vibrators.
The part of the Revo 2 that touches your perineum has a lot of small nubs that should be interesting to try out how that feels.
The Nexus Revo 2 comes with:
First make sure that it’s fully charged by using the USB charger and the charging cap and allow it around 4 hours. The battery is very large so you should get plenty of prostate massage sessions out of a single charge.
Make sure that the remote controller is connected to the Revo 2 and you can control de different settings, there is nothing worse than messing around with batteries and settings once you’re all lubed up and ready to go.
Okay, let’s give the Nexus Revo 2 a go and see how all the unique features work.
I use a thick water-based lubricant and a lot of it even though it’s quite thin and it shouldn’t be a problem getting it in.
Make sure you relax when you insert it the first time and take your time so you don’t hurt yourself.
I turned it one once it was in and started off with both the vibrating and the rotating options.
This was a bit overwhelming in the beginning and I quickly removed the vibrator by holding the vibrator button on the remote to turn that off.
This gave me a good indication of how the rotating head inside was working. It’s feels way different compared to a vibrating head and no bad at all.
I moved between the different settings of the rotator and the vibrator and found that the “slow” setting on the rotator and “medium” setting on the vibrator was a perfect mix for me.
The intensity of the vibrator feels much stronger due to the extra pressure the rotating head makes on your prostate hence the reason why “medium” setting was more than enough.
Overall a super good experience and one that will make most guys cum so hard.
The Nexus Revo 2 is not waterproof which makes it super hard to clean and it’s hard to avoid getting lube in the gabs between the silicone and the ABS plastic of the base. Make sure you’re extra careful around those areas when you use it and clean it.
A: No, this is one of the major downsides of the Revo 2 and one that I feel they cheaped out on. They have the cool charging feature so why not make a waterproof seam between the 2 materials.
A: No, the remote is required to operate it, so don’t lose it!
A: Yes, you can turn on/off both the vibrator and the rotator individually.
A: It can be used as a beginner prostate massager due to its relatively small size, but the price and the features is more geared towards intermediate and experienced prostate massage users.
I love when companies try to push the limit and do something unique and I really feel that the Nexus Revo 2 has done so in many ways.
It’s just unfortunate that they haven’t pulled completely through and make a high-quality feature rich prostate massager that would be every man’s wet dream.
I feel like they have cut too many corners in order to keep the cost down and that really hurts the build-quality of the Revo 2.
But if you’re okay with taking extra care not to get lube and body-fluids in it then you’re in for a super fun prostate experience that nothing I’ve tried before.
You can read some of our other prostate massager reviews here, I would recommend taking a special look at the Lelo Hugo which is my favorite. You can also read more about prostate massager in the guide I wrote here.
I recommend the Nexus Revo 2 if you want a super unique prostate massager and ready to spend some money on it.
