This is how you do it:

If that happens then take off the tube and rinse it under warm running water for a few minutes. The tube has a wrinkle design that is hard to clean but should be okay if you use enough water.
A: Yes, you can use some vibrators as long as they don’t stick too much out, I would recommend Egg vibrators where the wire can get under the suction cup.
This is a super nice combination and it feels nothing like using only a vibrator.
A: Getting good suction can be a little difficult if you’re very hairy down there and shaving it off is one solution, but try to give it a good amount of thick water-based lube on the rim of the cup.
This will help ensure a tight seal around the edge. A bit of water on shaved skin should also do the trick.

So, the big question is; should I spend the extra money and get the Extreme version?
The short answer is no, but it does have its use cases if you love to shake things up while you’re pumped and can live with the added wire hanging off the cup.
I would personally much rather use a standard vibrator and the manual cup over it for a much better experience.
